Return Policy
FLOJOS HAS AN EXCHANGE ONLY POLICY

Return Authorization is required in order to return merchandise.
To obtain a return authorization number, please call 800-443-5656. Please have your order number available when contacting customer service.
At that time, detailed instructions will be provided for your return.

Shipping Notes. Please be advised of the following:

  • Freight charges are the responsibly of the purchaser.
  • Purchaser must notify Flojos within 30 days from the date of purchase if the sandals need to be exchanged.
  • Products must be in their original packaging and unworn.
  • Replacement shoes will not be sent until your return has been received.
  • Please allow 3-7 business days for all returns shipped within the state of California to be received at our warehouse.
  • For all other states, please allow 7-14 business days.
